We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. In-stock products are usually shipped out from one of our warehouses within 2-4 business days.
For international orders, please kindly note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and related fees. If the products are returned to us or are unclaimed, customers are deemed responsible and will be charged for shipping and related costs.

You will be able to see the status of your order including the tracking information after you log in to your account. Please note, we will not ship to PO Boxes and most of the carriers will not deliver on weekends or holidays.
International Orders:
All the International Orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail Services (3-7 days).

Warranty & Returns
Our carriers come with one-year warranty that covers all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or chewing.
REPAIRS
If your pet has damaged the carrier, you can contact us for repair. Fees for repair range from $30 to $80. If the damage cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement at a discounted price.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund shipping & handling, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise.) To return any item, please email us at sales@carrypet.com or call us at 1-877-677-2960 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 14 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any marks.
